Atletico Madrid forward, Antoine Griezmann is edging closer to a move away from the Wanda Metropolitano amid the ongoing summer transfer window.
The Frenchman currently has a contract with Atletico Madrid until 2026.
According to L’Equipe, Los Angeles FC are interested in a move for Griezmann.
The MLS club are said to be weighing up signing the former 33-year-old for free next summer or triggering his release clause.
The report added that the former Barcelona star has a clause worth just £8.5million in his Atletico Madrid contract.
In another development, Arsenal forward Lina Hurtig has revealed she is back training with the Gunners Women team after a “some time away from the field” because of personal issues.
The Swedish international made this known in a post on her Instagram account on Saturday.
She was last seen playing in December 2023.
Hurtig joined Arsenal from Juventus two years ago.
