Benfica youngster, Joao Neves, has decided to join Paris Saint-Germain despite interest from Manchester United.
Neves has been linked with a move to Manchester United and PSG this summer.
But it looks like PSG is poised to win the race for the 19-year-old.
PSG manager, Luis Enrique, has played an important part in convincing Neves.
Enrique’s side have offered to pay £59 million, including add-ons to Benfica for the player’s signature.
