Salu-Hundeyin stated that a closer examination of the selections made by the Sanwo-Olu-led administration revealed that the state government was concerned about gender balance.

She said that the government has implemented numerous measures, such as skill acquisition and empowerment, to guarantee that the voices of women in the state are heard and amplified.

The SSG stated that what she saw during the awards demonstrated that Nigerian women were resilient and eager to realize their potential.

“This is great. I think the convener of the awards deserves an award herself because she is doing well.

“Already, the state government has given recognition to the good things done through the awards by asking the SSG to be present at this event.”
