NNL, SLTV agree deal to broadcast Super Eight games live

The Nigeria National League has announced that the upcoming Super Eight playoff tournament will be televised live.

The NNL stated this after signing a partnership deal with an indigenous dedicated Satellite channel, Metrodigital (SLTV) to broadcast live all the matches.

The letter of consent by the broadcast company stated that the matches will be live via one of its sports channel.

“Consequent upon our physical meetings with you and subsequent telephone conversations, Metrodigital (SLTV) consents to the NNL broadcast partnership for the Super 8 competition,” the statement reads.

“With this acceptance, Metrodigital will broadcast the event live from your Facebook stream and Radio Nigeria commentaries as agreed.”

DAILY POST recalls that the NNL had earlier confirmed Radio Nigeria will run the commentary of the matches live.

The Super Eight playoff tournament will run from 7th-14th, 2024 at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium Enugu.
