The Nigeria Railway Property Management Company Limited, RPMCL, Kaduna, says it will soon commence renovation of facilities within the Kaduna railway line.
The company expressed dissatisfaction with the current state of the facilities, stressing the need to put them in good shape for customers to get value for their money.
Addressing newsmen, the Managing Director, RPMCL, Mr Timothy Zalanga, explained that 10 rented facilities in Kaduna South were sealed during routine inspections conducted by the company.
Zalanga lamented the non-compliance of the occupants with laid down rules and regulations and vowed to recover debts on all rented facilities
He assured that the government has the responsibility to ensure that people who conduct businesses in the company’s premises pay their legitimate rents.
The MD urged the public to see the government as a partners in progress.
