Troops neutralize bandit kingpin Shuaibu Danlukutus, others in Zamfara

Military troops in collaboration with the Zamfara State local security outfit, Community Protection Guards, CPG, on Wednesday, 24th April 2024, launched an attack on the camp of one of the most dreaded bandits in the State, Shuaibu Danlukutus.

DAILY POST gathered that the operation took place at Gengene village along Magami road in Gusau, where the terrorists were attacked in a planned ambush by the vigilant troops.

It was reported that Shuaibu Danlukutus was neutralized in the operation as he was said to be the main target.

A reliable military source noted that the current operations by the anti-bandit troops have been eliminating scores of bandits daily as military operatives in collaboration with conventional security forces continue to invade the bandits’ hideouts.

Recall that last week, four of the armed bandits who attacked Tsafe town in Tsafe Local Government Area were arrested by the military operatives, and over 12 bandits were also neutralized in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

The troops have continued their onslaught against the terrorists in Katsina and Zamfara States.
