Former Premier League goalkeeper David James has said this season’s title challenge is a two-horse race between Liverpool and Manchester City.
James doesn’t believe that Arsenal can compete with Liverpool and Manchester City for the title this season
At the moment, Liverpool sit top of the Premier League table with two points ahead of second position Arsenal and three points ahead of Man City, who sit in third position.
“Personally, I think it’s a two-horse race. This is going to sound really bizarre and I know Arsenal are in there and I know Arsenal are winning games, but I don’t think Arsenal are good enough to win the title. And I say that with respect,” James told The Mirror.
“I think this is between Manchester City and Liverpool to the point that even if Arsenal are still mathematically capable of winning the title with a few games to go, it is not that they’re going to win it.”
