The Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Police Command has invited residents whose vehicles were stolen by robbers to come for identification and possible recovery of their vehicles.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the Command, SP Josephine Adeh, made the announcement on Friday in a terse statement.
Recall that the Command had on February 29 paraded some notorious car snatchers who were arrested in different parts of the territory.
About nine stolen vehicles were recovered from the suspects.
“The FCT Police Command is calling on members of the public who have reported cases of their vehicles being stolen/removed from where parked to come forward for identification and possible release of the vehicles back to their rightful owners”, the PPRO said.
