NPFL: Lobi Stars Reclaim Top Spot, Rangers Win Away Again

Lobi Stars reclaimed top position in the Nigeria Premier Football League after a comfortable 2-0 win over Katsina United in Lafia.

John Victor gave the home team the lead in the 64th minute, while Alao Danbani scored the second seven minutes from time.

Lobi Stars top the standings with 42 points from 23 games.

Former champions Rangers recorded their second away win of the season courtesy of a 2-0 win at Niger Tonardoes.

Both teams failed to score in the first half but Alexander Enejo and Daniel Barnabas netted for the hosts after the break.
