Okafor upbeat Heartland will improve in second round

Heartland forward Onyekachi Okafor is optimistic that the Naze Millionaires will have a better performance in the second half of the season.

The Naze Millionaires struggled in the first half of the season.

Heartland currently occupy bottom spot on the NPFL table.

Okafor said he is hopeful of a good outing when the second stanza kicks off.

“The preparations have been top notch from the entire team,” he told DAILY POST.

“I’m hopeful we will definitely have an impressive campaign when the second round resume.”

Heartland will take on Kano Pillars when the second stanza resumes on February 17.
