Herbert Wigwe: ‘No specific information’ – Access Bank breaks silence on helicopter crash

Access Bank Holdings Plc has reacted to the death of its Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Herbert Wigwe.

DAILY POST had reported that Wigwe, alongside his wife, son and three others died in a helicopter crash in US on Friday night

Reacting, a statement on Access Bank’s official X page, said it does not have any specific information on a helicopter crash involving its CEO.

The bank further stated that it is committed to keeping its customers and the general public informed promptly when it receives updates on the situation.

“We have received numerous inquiries concerning an airplane crash in the USA.

“Presently, we lack specific information; however, we are actively collaborating with US authorities who will furnish updates.
