Zaidu Sanusi is fit to start for the Super Eagles in Sunday’s (today) 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final against hosts, Cote d’Ivoire.
Sanusi missed Nigeria’s semi-final victory against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa due to a minor hamstring injury.
Fenerbahce’s Bright Osayi-Samuel took his place in the starting line-up in the game.
He is expected to be included in the starting line-up against Cote d’Ivoire.
Head coach, Jose Peseiro, DAILY POST learnt will stick to his preferred 3-4-3 formation for the game.
The encounter slated for the Alassane Ouattara Stadium, Ebimpe, Abidjan will kick-off at 9pm Nigeria time.
