British broadcaster, Piers Morgan has given a damning verdict on Arsenal star Kai Havertz following the Gunners’ Premier League 3-1 win over Burnley on Saturday.
Morgan insisted that Havertz is getting worse after the Germany international failed to score or provide an assist for Arsenal once more as they defeated strugglers Burnley 3-1.
Arsenal signed Havertz from Chelsea after he made it clear he wanted a new challenge.
Mikel Arteta’s side agreed a fee that could reach £65 million for the 24-year-old.
However, Havertz has not had the best start to his career at Arsenal.
He has scored just one goal from the penalty spot in 19 appearances across competitions for Arsenal.
Havertz was once again largely anonymous for Arsenal against Burnley, and was hooked off before the hour mark.
But in a tweet via his X (formerly Twitter) account after the game, Morgan wrote, “Havertz is getting worse.”
