Gov Sani stated this in a statement on his Facebook page after the State Security Council meeting on Wednesday.
According to him, thousands of internally displaced people have started running to their homes. “The high-level security council meeting was attended by the GOC 1 Division, Major General V.O. Okoro, who is also the Commander, Operation Whirl Punch; the GOC 3 Division, Major General A.E.
