Zimbabwe midfielder, Marshall Munetsi is doubtful for the country’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Nigeria.
Munetsi suffered a broken nose in Ligue 1 club Stade Reims’ clash against Lorient last month.
The 27-year-old was barred from featuring against Nantes last weekend, even with a protective mask.
The former Orlando Pirates player could also miss Reims’ Ligue 1 clash against Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday.
It’s still unknown if he will be cleared to link up with Zimbabwe for the Warriors’ World Cup qualifiers.
Munetsi has scored twice in 10 league appearances for Reims this season.
